Terms of Service

Application: Agent Commander

By using this application, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Agent Commander. These Terms of Service govern your use of the application. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the application.

2. License

Agent Commander grants you the right to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this application.

3. Privacy

Agent Commander has no account: no sign-up, no login, no user profile. We do not ask for your name or your email address, and we do not operate a server that stores your work. The application handles the following data:

  • Device identifier and session token — issued by your own server when you pair with it.
  • Push notification token — only if you enable notifications; it goes to our notification relay, which stores nothing.
  • Content you send to the assistant — the prompts you type, images and files you attach, your project directory path, and the source code the assistant reads or modifies at your request.
  • Working session content — the conversation transcript, the log of tools that ran, source diffs, result files (artifacts), and the token count and estimated cost of each turn.
  • Tasks, comments and attachments you create in the app.
  • App version — compatibility checks.
  • Anonymous crash reports (optional) — only with your consent.

Data security: the session token, the device identifier and the notification secret are encrypted and held in the OS secure enclave (Keychain/Keystore). The app pins your server's TLS certificate at pairing time and refuses to talk to anything that does not present it.

See details in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your Data

Your conversations, tasks and working-session history live on the server you run yourself, in the data directory you configured; the app keeps a local cache of them so you can read them without a connection. Because the publisher runs no server on your behalf, there is no backup you can ask us to restore — keeping backups of that data directory is yours to do. We are not responsible for data loss caused by uninstalling the app, by deleting the data directory, or by technical issues outside our control.

Your project directory is outside this scope. The assistant reads and modifies files in the directory you configured, following the requests you send. You are responsible for what you ask the assistant to do, and you should keep backups or version history for your own source code. We cannot undo changes the assistant made on your instruction.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the application.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, see the support page or write to agentcmd@sframework.com. There is no ticket system: the support page is a static page of instructions and answers, and email is the only channel.

8. End User License Agreement (EULA)

The Agent Commander application is licensed (not sold) to you. This license does not allow you to:

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application.
  • Rent, lend, resell, or redistribute the application.
  • Use the application for illegal purposes.

This license is effective until terminated by you or by us. If you violate any term, the license terminates automatically.

9. Age Restriction

Agent Commander is a tool for software developers and requires users to be 18 years of age or older, consistent with Anthropic's terms of service for the Claude service. The app is not intended to contain violence or profanity, but assistant output is model-generated content and we do not review every response in advance.

10. Third-Party Services

Agent Commander uses the following third-party services:

  • The AI provider of the agent you choose — Anthropic for Claude Code, OpenAI for Codex, Google for Antigravity — processes the content you send to the assistant, under your own account with that provider. Prompts, attached files and the source code the assistant needs to read are all sent to that provider's models (anthropic.com/legal/privacy · openai.com/policies/privacy-policy · policies.google.com/privacy). You should not put secrets you do not want leaving your own systems into a conversation.
  • Our notification relay — the one detour notifications must take, because an app distributed through the app stores can only receive push through the publisher's Firebase project. It stores nothing; it decrypts a secret back into your device token, forwards one message, and forgets. It never sees conversation content.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivers push notifications from the relay to your device when a working session finishes or the assistant needs your approval.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — anonymous crash reports used to improve app quality. Data includes device info, OS version, and error context; it contains no personally identifiable information. Production builds only (firebase.google.com/terms).

We do not share your data with any third party other than the services listed above. There are no sign-in providers: the app has no accounts to authenticate.

11. Data Retention

Data is kept according to the following rules:

  • On-device data (cached conversations, task list, settings, notification secret) — kept until you remove the device or uninstall the app.
  • Data on your own server (conversations, attachments, result files, tasks) — kept until you delete it. An individual task you delete in the app is erased immediately and permanently, together with all of its attachments.
  • At the notification relay — nothing is kept; a notification secret stops working 90 days after it was issued.
  • Files inside your project directory — not under our control and not part of the app's data; nothing described here deletes them.
  • Anonymous crash logs may be retained for up to 90 days to improve app quality.

There is no account to delete. The data deletion page explains how to clear every place your data lives.

12. Open Source Software

This application uses open source components licensed under permissive licenses (BSD-3-Clause, MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC, OFL-1.1). The complete list and the corresponding licenses are available under "Open Source Licenses" in the app's Settings. All licenses are compatible with commercial distribution.
